The SPARK curriculum is set up into 2 categories: Grades K-2 and 3-6.
The K-5 curriculum is designed to support students’ physical, neuromuscular and social skills development. The units and lessons focus on the development of motor skills, strength, cardio-vascular fitness, aerobic, and flexibility using age appropriate skills and progressions. The lessons also provide students with skills to work cooperatively and encourage good sportsmanship. The goal of these lessons is to provide students with the knowledge, understanding, and fitness skills that will empower them to develop and maintain a healthy lifestyle. All lessons are designed, adapted and implemented to meet the needs of all learners. Click the image above to visit the SPARK website!
